Seattle Athletic Club
Triathlon & Multisport Training
Triathlon & Multisport Training Seattle Triathlon and Multisport events are one of the fastest growing athletic sports in popularity and participation. Seattle Athletic Club not only offers a facility for training but also the most educated and experienced team of coaches in Washington state and the Pacific Northwest.

Among several certifications (ACSM and NSCA) our coaches are level 1 and level 2 certified as recognized through the USA Triathlon Organization (USAT). Each coach in our team is also a competing pro or elite level athlete. Through their dedicated leadership, our coaches produce athletes who are well equipped to achieve higher standings in local and national race events - from the beginner to the elite competitor, we are capable of leading any level racers to success!

The Seattle Athletic Club Downtown partners with TN Multisports, a USAT team, for its outdoor workouts. This partnership allows our training team to offer 1-3 workouts per week varying from track workouts, open water swims, bike training and trail running - not to mention local race-course previews and clinics. For indoor training (which is required to maintain and build results in the Pacific Northwest) Seattle Athletic Club offers spinning, a pool for swimming laps with numerous swim conditioning classes, private lessons catered to three sports, open water specific classes, run technique workshops, bike fittings and additional preferred pricing opportunities at various multisport retailers for participating team members. Our triathlon training program is the most well rounded and comprehensive program available to any level athlete in the Seattle area. TN Multisport

USAT Level I Triathlon Coach
Seattle Athletic Club Downtown Running Coach

Competitive athletics have been a part of Bridget’s life since her childhood. A seasoned athlete, before her first triathlon in 2003 Bridget was a nationally ranked competitive ski racer through the end of high school as well as a collegiate soccer player. Despite having to balance both ski racing and soccer, she was able to excel at the highest levels in both sports.

After college, Bridget moved back to Seattle and felt it was time for a new athletic challenge. In the summer of 2003, she started training and competed in her first ever triathlon at Beaver Lake. After she came in first in her age group, a new passion for multi sports began and she hasn’t looked back since. Since that first triathlon at Beaver Lake, Bridget has been a consistent age group winner and top 10 overall female finisher.

Since 2009 Bridget has had the privilage of coaching for TN Multisports an amazing multisports group started by her good friend and training buddy Teresa Nelson. It is from there that she comes to the SAC to share her enthusiasm for multisports and a healthy fit lifestyle. Bridget loves to help and see fellow athletes partake in that same enjoyment for multisports and pushing themselves to reach new athletic goals and discover their true potential.
